She specifically worked with 8 different hospital systems simultaneously with efficiency and profitability being the primary goals. Her projects were centered around consulting hospitals on how to minimize billing and coding errors and maximize their revenue from insurance companies.
Danny is a senior manager at Jabian who helps high-growth and mature enterprises define executable strategies, enhance operational processes, and unlock the power of people to drive transformation.
