Sam is a manager with six-plus years of professional services experience in business strategy, digital transformation, operational excellence, and project implementation. His work at Jabian includes leading a customer experience initiative to support customer growth as well as business process analysis to drive efficiency gains, inform strategic IT decisions, and improve end-client satisfaction. Prior to Jabian, he was an accomplished senior consultant for a health care software company where he led large-scale SaaS implementations for major homecare providers.
