She has broad experience across the retail, CPG, travel, and insurance industries.
Danny is a senior manager at Jabian who helps high-growth and mature enterprises define executable strategies, enhance operational processes, and unlock the power of people to drive transformation. Lydia is the Jabian customer experience product director. She has a passion for serving clients and creating purpose-led stakeholder experiences, bringing 15 years of consulting experience across an array of industries. Lydia helps her clients strategically assess, design, plan, and implement B2E human-centered experience programs, products, and services.
Abby Smith wrote for The Jabian Journal as a 4th year student at Georgia Institute of Technology who obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. She completed a three term co-op with Jabian where she worked on a mixture of client and internal projects.

He was previously the solutions architect for national operations at Compass, where he built the onboarding program for over 15,000 real estate agents across the United States.
