Letter from the Founders

“When we think about the biggest impacts on business and our world, it boils down to two things: people and technology.”

When we think about the biggest impacts on business and our world, it boils down to two things: people and technology. With the rapid evolution of machine learning and the subsequent required pivot of how people leverage technology, we examine how this shift transforms business operations and profitability, and the potential pitfalls of being left behind.

Our feature article, Is Generative Artificial Intelligence Giving You Business Model Anxiety, explores how organizations can best embrace AI to achieve transformation. The authors offer an assessment tool to view the organization and evaluate its preparedness for the change to come. In The Customer Success Model: How to Accelerate Value Though Maturing Operations Strategy, the authors offer a detailed analysis of how leveraging the ‘Crawl, Walk, Run’ model can directly enhance customer value and hence, business growth. Our focus on leadership and organizational behavior is encapsulated in Building a Strong Organizational Culture Through Effective Change Management, which offers robust strategies for fostering a culture that can withstand and thrive amid changes.

In The Final Word we introduce you to Victoria Inman, a Director at Jabian and recent author of the book “Spark Acceptance.” Victoria embodies the Jabian spirit and shares what drives her, personally and professionally.

In this edition of The Jabian Journal, we touch on performance management, retail strategies, healthcare advancements, and the incorporation of data strategy in your business transformation roadmaps. Our aim is to empower you to make informed decisions that drive success as we all navigate the new paradigm of business excellence. We hope the ideas, strategies, and frameworks in this edition serve as an inspiration and a toolkit on your journey through the next evolution.

We hope you enjoy this issue of The Jabian Journal, and we welcome your feedback.
