He leads the Jabian Vendor Sourcing and Management offering and is passionate about developing the frameworks necessary to capitalize on organizational transformation and M&A.
Koushik is a director at Jabian with extensive experience in operations and process excellence, including standing up complex programs, organizational effectiveness, and operating model design. He has a wide range of industry experience and has most recently focused on the state government space. He is passionate about helping companies and state organizations do more with the same or less.
Matt is a senior manager at Jabian with extensive supply chain and operational experience, including direct material cost reduction, strategic sourcing, supplier performance improvement, lean process implementation, operating model optimization, capacity management, inventory management, and supply chain risk management. He is passionate about efficiency and sustainability.
Christina is a senior manager and a co-lead of Jabian’s digital transformation offering. She is passionate about helping clients transform their businesses through digital to maximize the value they bring to their customers. She has broad experience across the retail, CPG, travel, and insurance industries.
Gareth is a senior manager at Jabian with a passion for helping organizations analyze and improve their operations with an outcome- and value-led mindset. His expertise includes supply chain, strategic sourcing, process design/optimization, operating model standardization, and digital transformation.
Rob has more than 25 years of consulting experience, with much of that time focused on large-scale business and technology transformations. He is an advocate for robust data governance supporting all business capabilities and a self-described “data nerd” driven to transform mindsets to view data as a highly valued enterprise asset and to treat it accordingly. Within Jabian, he leads the data and information management offering.
Katie is a management consultant with over seven years of IT and management consulting experience across business analysis, process analysis, product management, software delivery, and engagement management functions. She is passionate about process analysis and optimization, human capital management, and giving back to the community.
Kimberly is a senior manager at Jabian with industry and client-serving experience in digital transformation, supply chain transformation, and sales strategy and effectiveness. Her experience spans various industries including oil and gas, technology, telecommunications, and medical services.
Mike has nearly 20 years of financial services experience with a mix of both industry and consulting backgrounds. Mike excels in implementing large-scale transformations, and his personal platform includes pricing, business analysis, process optimization, and business transformation.
Fred is a senior strategic advisor at Jabian. He spends most of his time working with his clients on strategy, transformation, operating models, organization design, change management, culture, engagement, and communication. Fred is also an executive and team coach, speaker, and author of the book We Can’t Do It Alone: Building Influence With Simple Strategies.
Kristine is an executive director at Jabian focused on helping her clients achieve their goals through tackling complex strategic programs, organizational transformation, and an array of other challenges. She enjoys thinking through people, process, technology, strategy, and data elements of situations and creating multiple practical solution options to consider.
Emily is a senior manager at Jabian who focuses on data-driven strategy. She leads Jabian’s business insights and analytics offering and has used data to produce results for clients ranging from hospitals to state government agencies, technology companies, and nonprofits.

He develops and delivers transformational programs that combine appropriate technologies, with effective processes, and creates an environment that fosters trust, high-performance teams, and the notion that anything is possible!
Jacquelyn offers more than 11 years of consulting experience focusing on business strategy, transformation, and operational excellence. While her role mainly focuses on client delivery, she is dedicated to relationship management and business development efforts in the hunting space. The focus on relationships, solving problems, and building something entirely new together is deeply rewarding for Jacquelyn.

Kirtan is a business transformation and human capital management executive with 15-plus years of experience leading large-scale business transformation and change management projects. Kirtan has advised clients both locally and abroad, delivering programs focused on organizational, technology, and user experience enhancements.
Ivor worked in service management for 40 years, involved in many ITSM best practice initiatives, including authoring ITIL content (version 1, 2, and 3), ISO/IEC20000, the itSMF pocketbook, and more. After many years of full-time consultancy and training across every continent (except Antarctica) and despite attempts to retire, he still works with clients, both on ITIL and other initiates such as DevOps and agile service management.
