Brian is a co-founder and managing partner of Jabian. He is well known for applying creativity and innovation in a practical problem-solving context, and seamlessly blends art and science to create game-changing business and IT solutions.

Max Booker

Max is a manager at Jabian and holds a law degree from Howard University
and an MBA from Emory University. He has broad industry experience and
has helped automotive, home improvement, public sector, and hospitality clients solve complex human capital management and process challenges

Matthew Ferstle

Matthew is a manager at Jabian and holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain from Michigan State University. He has broad experience working in both consulting and industry roles across the automotive, hospitality, retail, and consumer product sectors. His areas of expertise include process improvement, strategic sourcing, supply chain planning, and organizational change management.

Dwayne Foster Jr.

Dwayne is a manager at Jabian with a passion for solving clients’ most pressing issues through strategy and operational optimization. His expertise lies in strategic planning, demand management, and process improvement.

Will Funderburg

Will is a director at Jabian. He is an experienced strategist, project manager, and business analyst. His expertise lies in leading program and project management, business process analysis, strategic planning, and change management efforts, as well as assessing and implementing those capabilities at client organizations.

Bill Jagrowski

Bill serves as Jabian’s COO and has more than 25 years of consulting experience. He is considered an expert in program and project management, organizational governance, and leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Fred Jewell

Fred is an executive director at Jabian. He has deep expertise in strategic planning, driving strategic initiatives, and transformational change.

Lydia Lichtenberger

Lydia is a senior manager at Jabian. She specializes in strategic customer experience improvement. Her driving passion is to improve the daily lives of customers by increasing positive touch points while decreasing frustrating circumstances.

Chad McCloud

Chad is an executive director at Jabian. He designs and implements customer and product strategies for companies that drive deeper and more profitable relationships with their customers. He specializes in cross-channel customer experience strategies and product development.

Jimmy Mitchell

Jimmy is a senior manager at Jabian with a passion for problem-solving. He is focused on solving clients’ most strategic problems by leveraging his background in process improvement and analytics.

Christina Ngo

Christina is a consultant at Jabian who specializes in strategic planning and business process analysis. She enjoys helping organizations define their strategic direction and achieve their goals.

Sam Noyd

Sam is a senior manager at Jabian with a passion for everything mobile. He has broad industry experience across the communications, financial services, health care, and manufacturing industries. His areas of expertise include mobile strategy, solution architecture, business process analysis, and project management.

Manish A. Shah

Manish is a director at Jabian and a 15-year veteran of management consulting involving technology, marketing, and business strategy. He has an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Matt Syrett

Matt is a consultant at Jabian with experience in business process and systems analysis. He is passionate about helping clients deliver customer-centric solutions.
