Max is a manager at Jabian and holds a law degree from Howard University and an MBA from Emory University. He has broad industry experience and has helped automotive, home improvement, public sector, and hospitality clients solve complex human capital management and process challenges.
Luke Fleming
Luke is a director at Jabian and an attorney with strong business and legal experience across multiple industries. He has worked as a scrum master, managed multiple teams, and delivered complex Agile projects during his career. He is passionate about helping clients tackle complex problems and achieve positive results.
Rachel Fratt
Rachel is a third-year student at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business, concentrating in strategy and innovation. She holds certificates in both law and ethics and marketing. She is passionate about nonprofit work and strategic brand planning. She is actively involved in several service and leadership organizations and has a passion for mentorship and new student orientation.

Amy-Katherine (A.K.) is a senior manager at Jabian specializing in human capital management. She has more than 10 years of industry and management consulting experience leading organizational change with a focus on stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, communications, training, and organizational design.
Aaron Hensley
Aaron is a senior manager at Jabian with experience in a variety of CFO-related areas. He has firsthand knowledge of more than 20 finance functions, including some associated with the largest and most complex organizations in the USA.
Adam Herndon
Adam is an executive director at Jabian who specializes in IT delivery methodologies. Throughout his career, Adam has been helping organizations leverage “the right” IT delivery methods to deliver the highest possible value.
Fred Jewell
Fred is a senior strategic advisor at Jabian. He supports and advises clients on transformational change and strategy development and implementation. He also advises and coaches executives on culture, leadership, and employee engagement. He is the author of a newly published book, We Can’t Do It Alone—Building Influence with Simple Strategies.
Fara Levine
Fara is a director at Jabian focused on helping her clients succeed by implementing best practices in the areas of project, program, and portfolio management. She has served as a strategic partner incorporating sound business processes into an overall project management framework to drive execution and achieve optimal business benefits.

As a consultant, she loves helping her clients strategically plan and enhance multichannel experience improvement initiatives. She is also active in the Atlanta nonprofit and arts community through Jabian Cares, providing pro bono consulting with her colleagues to local causes, and supporting the growing Atlanta arts network.
Kalle Wood
Kalle is a manager at Jabian and certified SAFe program consultant (SPC4), with expertise in Agile delivery and business and process analysis. She has broad experience across the health care, gaming and lottery, automotive, and public sector industries. She specializes in helping organizations deliver business value by assessing and transforming their delivery practices.
